Background
DAI is preparing a proposal for CEGAH, an anticipated 5-year
USAID project focused on democratic governance in Indonesia. In anticipation of this opportunity, DAI is
recruiting candidates for with the following qualifications:
Justice Sector Capacity Building
Specialist
Qualifications:
- Experience providing technical assistance and training to courts, experience working with the Supreme Court and/or Ad-Hoc Corruption Courts preferred
- Experience coordinating or supporting other justice sector actors
- Experience working with case tracking systems and demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data from such systems
- Experience advising judges on sentencing guidelines
- Experience developing or expanding a Continuing Legal Education curriculum; with a focus on anti-corruption education preferred
- Juris Doctor (J.D.); or advanced degree in law, international law, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of justice sector experience
- Experience with USAID or other international donors preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Fluency in English required
