DAI International Job Vacancy: Civil Society Strengthening Specialist, Jakarta

Background 
DAI is preparing a proposal for CEGAH, an anticipated 5-year USAID project focused on democratic governance in Indonesia.  In anticipation of this opportunity, DAI is recruiting candidates for with the following qualifications:

Civil Society Strengthening Specialist

Qualifications:
  • Experience building the capacity of anti-corruption or transparency-focused civil society organizations (CSOs)
  • Demonstrated ability to support CSO advocacy and influence on policy reforms
  • Experience assisting CSOs to complement efforts undertaken by government institutions
  • Advanced degree in public policy, public administration, international development, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of justice sector experience
  • Experience with USAID or other international donors preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Fluency in English required
