a consulting firm focusing on internal audit, internal control review,
assurance, consulting and advisory services that include — but are not limited
to — governance and internal control, risk management, designing control,
human resources, strategic management, forensics, sustainability reporting and
consulting services.
Due to our business expansion, we need high qualified staff for the following
position:
Senior Auditor
Requirements:
- Completion of Formal Eduction in Accounting or Finance with minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in any international development organizations for Bachelor Degree or donor organizations or 2 years’ relevant experience for Postgraduate Degree;
- Having previous audit experience from reputable audit firm(s) or previous experience in managing donors’ fund in international NGOs is required;
- Willing to travel within a long period of time to remote areas;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Knowledge of international donor agency requirements and regulations;
- Flexible, creative, responsive, able to take initiative, reliable, able to follow through on tasks, able to work within systems and procedures, open to learning, able to work effectively in a small team environment involving the sharing of information and at times sharing workloads;
- Have experience and the ability to live and work in diverse cultural contexts in a culturally appropriate manner. Has a capacity to make accurate self-assessment particularly in high stress and high security contexts;
- Well-planned and organized even within a fluid working environment and has a capacity for initiative and decision making with competent analytical and problem solving skills; and
- Ability to work independently and as a team player who demonstrates leadership and is able to support and train junior staff and also able to work with communities in a sensitive and participatory manner.
