World Vision Job Vacancies: 2 Positions for Humanitarian & Emergency Affairs Department - Bintaro

World Vision is one of the world’s largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations.

World Vision Indonesia partners with local humanitarian foundation Wahana Visi Indonesia to implement its programs in more than 40 Program Offices across 9 provinces. World Vision has been  working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health, community empowerment and disaster management.

World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions:

1. Humanitarian & Emergency Affairs Director (Code: HDR ) 

Location : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Major Roles
To lead and manage World Vision Indonesia Humanitarian Emergency Affairs (HEA) that includes mitigation, preparedness, emergency response and rehabilitation in alignment with the global partnership and national office strategies and policies.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in  International Development, Social Works, Management 
- 5 years experiences working in HEA/relief works; international experience is a plus
- 3 years in managerial position
- Good communication in English (both oral and written)


2. Program Development Coordinator For Humanitarian & Emergency Affairs (Code: PDCH)

Location     : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Major Roles
Responsible for the management of a project cycle start from the initiating the project, writing up the proposal, negotiation,coract signing, project monitoring, and writing and submitting the report during the implementation phase.The processes will make sure that disaster management (preparedness, mitigation, response, rehabilitation) component will be capture in the HEA project design. 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in  International Development, Social Works, Management 
- 5 years experiences working in humanitarian aid works or programming 
- 5 years experiences working on Grants Acquisition and Management 
- Good communication in English (both oral and written)
