Field Officer
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The field officer will assist
and support agricultural extension
workers in coaching female farmer in developing their business. The officer
will also act as liaison between project and MFI; and the extension office.
Qualifications:
- Experience in community organizing and training;
- Experience in working with government and MFI;
- Experience in Financial Literacy and Business Development Services;
- Knowledge in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning system;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer programs is required ;
This position will be as temporary staff for 6 months.

Project Assistant
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Assistant will
assist and support project coordinator and
field officer in regard to administrative tasks and communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of development;
- Knowledge and experience in project management;
- Experience in administrative and liaison works;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer programs is required ;
This position will be as temporary staff for 6 months.
