Summary:
The
objective of SIAP-1 is to contribute to good governance in Indonesia by
strengthening integrity and accountability in government – principally at the
national level. It does this by supporting governmental and non-governmental efforts to
strengthen integrity and accountability. Two major components of SIAP-1 are:- Supporting efforts by key accountability agencies such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Supreme Audit Body (BPK) to strengthen integrity and accountability in government.
- Supporting efforts to strengthen political integrity and accountability by reducing the influence of “money politics.” This includes support for efforts to strengthen the fair regulation of political finance and effective oversight and enforcement.
Position Summary:
MSI will engage the
service of an IT solution company for the oversight of IT needs of office,
including system installation, maintenance, support and technical
consultations. IT Solution company is to provide on call, remote desktop, and
on site trouble shooting support.
Scope of Work:
- Local network maintenance and installation
- WAN and Wifi connectivity and maintenance
- Server and server application maintenance
- Computer hardware and application installation, configuration and maintenance
- User support
- Provide assistance and advise in procurement and evaluation of all technical equipment
Qualification:
- Experience in handling IT management for small to middle size company
- Experience in handling System Development and / or Application Support
- Experience in handling internet issues and email system
- Experience in handling hardware, software and database
- Responsive to our call
- Proactive to solve problems and give solutions
- Good command of English written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex tasks, consistently deliver to project scheduled completion
