Lutheran
World Relief (LWR), a U.S. based non-profit development organization engaged in
seeking lasting solutions to poverty and reducing risk, is seeking an experienced
company for wet-mill processing and organic fertilizer construction in Aceh
Tengah, Indonesia.
The
contractor is responsible in constructing two units of wet-mill processing unit
along with drying floor and two units of organic fertilizer facilities in two
villages in Aceh Tengah District, Indonesia.
Timeframe:
13-20 March: interested company request detailed
information to LWR and prepare the proposal
20 March: deadline for proposal submission
23-25 March: selection process
30 March: contract signed with selected
company
1 April – 15
May: construction process
Payment
Payment will
be done in three term:
- 30% from total amount upon contract signed
- 30% from total amount when the progress reached 60%
- 40% from total amount when all task has been completed and agreed based on contract.
Contractor requirement
The
qualified candidates shall have the criteria as below:
- As construction company, not individual
- Deep commitment to LWR’s core values
- 5 years progressive experience in construction
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with local government, cooperatives, and farmers
- Experience in Gayo Region is a must
