Save the Children needs an
Individual Consultant to work on Formative Study as part of SELAMAT
Design Campaign. The ultimate goal of conducting formative study is to
complement quantitative result from baseline survey. The objectives of
formative study may
accommodate the followings: To re-define/identify gap between ideal
behavior and reality from community (target group) perspective around
targeted behavior change in road safety especially for pedestrian,
motorbike and public transportation user to gain community
recommendations around appropriate key messages that should be promoted
and facilitated to enable improved practice; to gather more in-depth
understanding on “do-able appropriate practices” from community (target
group) perspectives.

SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL
