RTI International Vacancy: Temporary Admin Assistant, Jakarta

RTI International is seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the TEMPORARY ADMIN ASSISTANT  (6 MONTHS).

Specific Tasks: 
  • Drafting business letters and managing agenda/schedule of Director 
  • Arranging travel schedules for Senior Leadership Team and Director 
  • Assist in Managing Visa
  • Assist in Managing drivers, receptionists and office assistant
  • Assist in bidding process, procurement documents preparation, and receiving items 
  • Assist in inventory process and maintaining asset data base 
  • Assist other administrative staff in routine administrative functions as requested by supervisor 
  • Support event/workshop preparation 
  • Provide  any administration support required by the Director
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Experience in filing and cataloging/organizing various types of materials.
  • High skill levels and experience in office software, particularly: MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office administration and procurement.
  • Minimum D3 degree in administration or management and preferably having certificate training in advanced office related software.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize work assignments, and work well under pressure and high stress tolerance
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to appreciate international diversity and to establish effective working relationships with international clients 
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with supervisor and project staff
