The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda.
The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda.
The
Partnership works closely with national and international community to
initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in
Indonesia.
The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government,
Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the
support of the International Community in initiating a long-term
process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which
expresses Indonesian ownership.
Program and Organizational
Context:Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Planning,
Monitoringand Evaluation Manager, Monitoring andEvaluation Junior
Officer is responsible for maintaining the Project TrackingSystem (PTS),
administering and filing documents within the PME Unit, assistingthe
execution and implementation of various activities within the
Planning,Monitoring and Evaluation Unit. She or he provides
administrativesupport to the unit that will ensure smooth implementation
of various plannedactivities.
Function: Summary of Key Functions:
- Supporting knowledge management within PME Unit
- Proposal administration
- Administering and filing documents of various activities within the PME Unit
- Providing general assistant to the PME Unit
Impact of Results: The key results will have an impact on the overall
quality andeffective delivery of various activities of the PME Unit.
Requirements qualifications:
Education: | Bachelor Degree in any major subjects| Experience: | A minimum of 3 years experience in assisting the implementation of various activities or in a relevant field in a multi-cultural setting. Good understanding in program logic and familiar with the IT is a strong advantage. |Language Requirements: | Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English |
