Habitat For Humanity Vacancy: Construction Supervisor (CS), Jakarta

Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit, Christian housing ministry. We seek to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make descent shelter a matter of conscience and action. In Indonesia, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia as the national foundation currently operates regular programs across 8 provinces and in some other areas for disaster response programs. 

Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is now seeking professionals to fill the following positions. Ideal candidates should be Indonesian, who are strong in leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is also an important prerequisite.

Construction Supervisor (CS)

Full Time

Based in Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Provide construction design;
2. Provide budget planning;
3. Provide basic construction training designed for community;
4. Monitor the quality of material and assure that construction implementation meet the standard. 

Qualification:

1. University graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture;
2. Preferable 1 year related experience;
3. Ability to work as a team;
4. Good communication and reporting skill;
5. Knolwledge in Autocad program is an advantage;
6. Microsoft Office intermediate level user;
7. Basic oral and written communication skills in English;
8. Strong servanthood and good human relations at all level;
9. Exposure and direct experience in NGO work is a plus.
