Habitat for Humanity Vacancy: Program Administration Officer (PAO), Jakarta

Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit, Christian housing ministry. We seek to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make descent shelter a matter of conscience and action. In Indonesia, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia as the national foundation currently operates regular programs across 8 provinces and in some other areas for disaster response programs. 

Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is now seeking professionals to fill the following positions. Ideal candidates should be Indonesian, who are strong in leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is also an important prerequisite.

Program Administration Officer (PAO)
Full Time

Based in Jakarta
To perform high level administrative projects and processes in order to ensure smooth program internal communication, maintain tracking systems and databases necessary to run best of class programs.


Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain project record details, including upgrading database with all current projects & programs, monitoring & evaluation, and other reporting requirements
  2. Compile & consolidate statistics and portfolio reports
  3. Compile and consolidate program annual budget
  4. Compile month branch income statements as well as balance sheet for program review
  5. Administer and process with Finance Department fund transfer completion
  6. Deliver the funds to the field report
  7. Coordinate with Resource Department in regard to (global) volunteer schedule and budget
  8. Compile volunteer finance and implementation reports from branch
  9. Maintain electronic filing on Program Shared Drive
  10. Handle travel and accommodation coordination
  11. Develop minutes of meeting
  12. Handle expense claims
  13. Assistance to COO as required
Qualification:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  2. Required skill(s): maintain record details, compile & consolidate statistics and portfolio reports, monitoring & evaluation, and other reporting requirements
  3. Outstanding communication and be highly organized
  4. Awareness of cross cultural issues effecting organizational development
  5. Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  6. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  7. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  8. Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
