The Program
AIPHSS
Program is a partnership program between the Government of Australia
and the Government of Indonesia focusing on strengthening of health
financing systems & capacity building of health human resources in
order to improve access to and quality of basic health services. AIPHSS
Program is managed directly by the Government of Indonesia through the
Ministry of Health (MoH) at the national level and through to the
Provincial/District Health Offices at the sub national
level.
The Positions
The
delivery of technical assistance (TA) to the AIPHSS program is a
central component of how the program achieves health systems
strengthening.
We are currently seeking applications for the following positions
which will support the management, HR and recruitment needs of the TAs
for the Program:
Technical Assistance (TA) Coordinator – COFF-4823
The
TA Coordinator will work with a wide range of stakeholders to manage
the function
of the TA activity and TA recruitment as identified and directed by our
clients. In addition the TA Coordinator will be responsible for
developing a technical assistance pool aimed at proactively sourcing
technical consultants in health systems.
HR Recruitment Officer – COFF-4825
The
HR Recruitment Officer will play a significant part in supporting the
recruitment
and selection of TAs for our clients. The HR Recruitment Officer will
be required to manage and further develop a technical assistance pool by
proactively sourcing technical consultants in health systems. In
addition this position will be responsible to provide
HR Administration support for the recruitment, contracting and
mobilisation of TAs.
HR Administrator – COFF-4813
The
HR Administrator will provide HR administration support to the program
in the
areas of recruitment, contract preparation, induction, HR systems
support and maintaining personnel records. The HR Administrator will
play a significant part as part of a HR team that provides end-to-end HR
and recruitment support to the program for a broad
range of roles and activities.
The Person
To be considered for these vacancies you will have strong recruitment experience
with proven ability to successfully undergo all steps in the recruitment process at the required level of each position.
For
the TA Coordinator and HR Recruitment Officer experience sourcing and
recruiting
highly skilled health and international development professionals for
International and National vacancies will be highly advantageous.
Experience in a technical assistance program and/or in an Aid program is
desirable and experience in managing the recruitment,
selection and placement of highly skilled health and international
development professionals for International and National vacancies would
be highly regarded.
