Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta (YTS), a Kalimantan-based foundation, is striving to improve the quality of governance and well-being in areas affected by mineral development activities.
YTS is looking for a highly-experienced individual to manage all YTS programs and activities in Indonesia.
Candidates should ideally have the following qualifications:
- At least ten years experience in the development field
- A Masters degree in a relevant discipline
- Fully fluent in English and Indonesian
- Good management and program development skills
- Excellent analytical, research and writing skills
- Strong social and communication skills
- Willing and able to travel and work in remote areas
