be based in our Program Unit Timor Island for the
position:
Deputy
Program Unit Manager
Purposes of this position:
Supervises Community Development Officers
(CDO) and Building Relationship team at program area to
ensure effective and efficient implementation and sponsorship
communication of program as per Plan’s requirement and following child
right approach that support achievement of the related objectives/indicators
of the Program Unit Long Term Planning (PULTP).
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the process of developing/ develop implementation plan of all program or project with detail activities, and budget in line with PULTP, Country Strategic Plan and following child right approach
- Ensures the field production of sponsorship communications as per established schedules, procedures and quality standards
- Incorporate discussion on caseload and sponsorship statistics and general management as inputs to program development
- Conducts presentation to visiting sponsors and coordinate their visit schedules.
- Provides basis for development of competent workforces for the team by planning and supervising the deliverables of direct reports, training and motivating of CDO and Building Relationship Team
- Having the coordination line with finance and admin department in Program Unit office
Requirements:
- Minimum university degree
- Woman, at least 5 years experience in managerial level
- Having experience on the development organization
- Knowledge, skills and demonstrated behaviour: core and functional competencies required for this job with level (i.e. proficient, knowledgeable or aware)
- Demonstrates the attitudes of: Integrity, transparency, proactive stance, respect for gender equity and adherence to child rights
- Fluent both Indonesia and English (oral and written).
