Currently Putera Sampoerna Foundation is looking for high motivated candidates to fulfill the position of :

Education Facility Coordinator – School Development Outreach
(Based in Jakarta)

Responsibilities :
  • Design, implement and develop the report of the need assessment, baseline study and program monev regarding the school infrastructure and school facilities 
  • Assist program developer in the design of mix portofolio package programs that require infrastructure & facilities development 
  • Provide Program Principal / Project Leader with technical assistances and advisory pertaining to infrastructure/facilities development portion of the designated program 
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of SDO Infrastructure & Facilities Program 
  • Conduct the SDO program regarding the infrastructure and school facilites implementation with other parties (local vendors, outsource, local government) 
  • Engage in technical work for program development assignments on, but not limited to, the following : program design, proposal development, Syllabus development, Monev/Assessment analysis and review and others
Requirements :
  • Holds min S1 from Technical/Architecture 
  • Competent in Project Management, knowledgeable in theory and practice of Education Recovery Program implementation,  procurement, tender process, negotiation skill
  • Possesses min 2 years work experience in education infrastructure project
  • Possesses reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
  • Good in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Good communicators
  • Excellent analytical skill
  • Good conceptual skill. 
  • Good administrative skill.
