1. Administrative Officer - Support
Administrative Officer will be responsible
to assist the Regional Program Director, Country Director and Asian Cities
Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN)-Network Director with general administration
and program support duties, including documentation, writing basic documents,
facilitating the signing and circulation of forms and contracts, filling,
scheduling, arranging travel, and procurement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent in both verbal and written English required;
- Highly developed computer skills, including strong familiarity with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, and Word) and Outlook;
- Excellent administration, report writing and representation skills;
- Multi-tasking coordination, organization, prioritization skills essential;
- Prior experience of minimal 3 years in an internal NGO or international firm is advantageous.

1. Administrative Officer – PRISMA
The PRISMA Admin
officer will closely with PRISMA team in administering the administrative paper works
and their operational requirements for logistic, travel, and financial report
supporting documents that comply with standard procedures of the organization.
The Admin fficer will also maintain regular archiving of supporting program
documents as directed by PRISMA Program Manager [Describe overview of job mission]
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of administrative/secretarial experience is required;
- Candidate must have strong communication skills;
- He/she should have pleasant personality with great hospitality nature, well organized, efficient, proactive, flexible;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer program are required.
