URS International Development is currently preparing a team for the upcoming Program Support Facility (PSF) for the PNPM. The PNPM is the Government of Indonesia’s (GOI) flagship program for poverty reduction. In 2007, GOI launched the national scale up of the program, and requested donor support to manage and implement the expanded program. At the request of GoI, DFAT plans to establish a new MC-administered facility to support and complement the work of the PSF. The proposed value of the investment is $50 million over three years, with a two year extension subject to program performance. The MC will work with the PSF under the direction of a Joint Management Committee, chaired by Bappenas.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from proven professionals for the following position:

Deputy Team Leader (job code 615)

You will have substantial experience in managing and/or leading development funded projects, specifically in the establishment and management of systems and procedures, financial control and grant administration; demonstrated understanding of HR and recruitment procedures and compliance to the Indonesian Law. You will also have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of fraud control procedures, policies and reporting which comply with DFAT requirements. You will hold qualifications in Financial Management, Management, Human Resources (HR) Management or a related field.
Previous experience working in Indonesia and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesian language skills are desirable.
