Del Institute of Technology (IT Del) in collaboration wіtһ ITB (Bandung Institute οf Technology), Singapore Polytechnic, University οf Groningen - Netherlands (rug) which located in Jl. Sisingamangaraja, Sitoluama, Laguboti, Sumatera Utara 22381 is looking for young, smart and active generation to join our team as:

Engineering Management Lecturers

General Qualifications:

1. Master Degree in the area of specialization Management or Industrial Engineering with minimal GPA 3,00.
2. Experience in the related field will be an advantage
3. Good Communications, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
4. Strong Command of both written and spoken English.
5. Able to work in team and individual.
6. Eager to learn.
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Attention to details.
9. Eager to learn.
10. Applicants must be willing to work in Sitoluama, Laguboti.
11. Full-Time positions available. Part-Time positions maybe considered.

General Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to carry out teaching within the school/department in allocated areas by the Head of Academic/rector.
2. Development of high quality teaching and training curriculum/materials and delivery of lectures/tutorials.
3. To prepare and review lesson plans and learning outcomes for subjects assigned.
4. Responsible in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
5. Maintain professional relationships with all students and provide mentoring and support to students.
