Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta (YTS) is a development NGO that is focused on improving economic, environmental, and social conditions in communities in Kalimantan.
YTS is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and support field teams in three subdistricts in Gunung Mas regency, and to work closely with local government at district and subdistrict.
Experience and qualities required:
- Deep understanding of the role of governance in community and regional development
- Hands-on experience with capacity-building for strengthening governance at the community level
- Deep experience with and understanding of participatory approaches and methods in development
- Excellent communication and human relations skills at all levels
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Understanding of and direct experience with public-private partnerships in development
- Excellent cross-cultural understand and communication skills
- Strong analytical, research, writing and documentation skills
- Strong language skills English, Bahasa, Dayak
