The Human Resource Coordinator will be based in
Indonesia and responsible for all facets of human resources and
recruitment for short and long term assignments. This person will assist
with the development of job descriptions, creating job announcements,
networking, screening and interviewing candidates and delivering offers.

- Proactively source, evaluate, identify, make recommendations to contract management; recruitment of senior technical specialists, and other key/non-key and short-term staff;
- Collaborate with senior managers, business development, and technical experts to develop short and long-term strategic recruitment campaigns;
- Design, build, and manage a consultant database of qualified consultants, verifying qualifications, providing feedback to management.
- Review staffing needs, structure and donor requirements;
- Serve as the administrator of the internal recruiting database and as the primary liaison with recruiting service providers;
- Conduct training, as needed, on proposal recruitment tools and practices including social media and other candidate sourcing techniques;
- Manage the timely collection, verification, and editing of all proposal submission materials including CVs, biographical data forms, references and letters of commitment;
- Conduct and document reference checks and salary negotiations; and contribute to the writing of personnel staffing sections.
- Adhering to USG rules and regulation in hiring subcontractors and consultants.
- Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of progressively responsible international recruitment experience;
- Strong written, presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills;
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage deadlines;
- Ability to create a unique sourcing strategy that utilizes the many resources available to recruiters;
- A proven methodology for getting hard to source candidates;
- Expert knowledge hiring laws, policies, and legal requirements of the Indonesian government.
- Current knowledge of USAID rules and regulations;
- Fluency in English, both written and oral; Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian preferred
