Wahana Visi Indonesia has been working for more than 15 years, employing more than 800 staff  in the programs and serving 1,400 of the poorest villages.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is a local humanitarian organization that implements most of World Vision programs in Indonesia.  World Vision is one of the world’s largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations. It has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and  focusing on programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position: 

Campaign Officer For INFOCUS Project  (Code: COI)

Major Roles:

The  Campaign Officer is responsible to building public (government, community, and children) awareness on food security, importance of saving, and  sustainable agriculture and reforestation, and engaging public for action in related issue. Campaign officer will work closely with external; village and sub district  government and community groups, schools and other local stakeholders.

Location: East Sumba, NTT 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication or Graphic Design 
• Experience in conducting awareness event, mass advertisement or campaign
• Good at Writing and Grapic design (for press release, leaflet, poster etc)
• Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing 
• Good knowledge and understanding of community development 
• Fluent in English 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
