Monitoring and Evaluation Project Officer

The Asia Foundation, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking applicants for a Monitoring and Evaluation Project Officer for an environmental governance project in Indonesia called SETAPAK. The program issues sub-grants to CSOs at national and local level to carry out program activities. The M&E PO will be responsible for implementing the M&E framework across the program, managing logframes for approximately 40 local partners, developing an online M&E system via a consultant firm, contributing to the design of a program evaluation and compiling regular reports.

Candidate should ideally possess:
·        Strong conceptual knowledge of M&E;
·        Minimum of five years M&E experience;
·        Knowledge of environmental governance issues in Indonesia;
·        Experience working with Indonesian NGOs at province/district level;
·        Strong report writing skills;
·        Ability to multi-task;
·        Strong communication skills
·        Ability to meet deadlines;  
·        Fluency in both English and Indonesian
