The role:
Finance Support
Assist the Finance Officer with the financial management of the area programme.
Oversee the finance operations this includes: payment processes; maintenance of cash and bank books; production of timely management information; verify cheque payment vouchers.
Provide management with a statement of expenditure against budget on all programmes on a regular basis and that will assist project planning and delivery.
Assist with the transactional and reporting aspects of the financial management systems of the relief program.
Responsible and check tracking system of requisition and PO, assets control and fuel control, cash bank, float management, account transaction, management report, monitoring and contact with partners, manage information system, and also responsible for budgeting.

The requirement:
- Education to part qualified level with proven accounting experience with minimum of 2 years working experience in finance.
- Training and work experience in accounting and the management finance is an advantage.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office and e-mail.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility and initiative
- High level of numeracy
- Good written & spoken skills - verbal and written – English and Indonesian
- Ability to pay attention to detail
