Staff Development Specialist
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

Prepare, coordinate
implementation, and conduct evaluation of new staff orientation/ induction and
staff training programs with user department(s):
-
Prepare comprehensive
orientation program
-
Follow up orientation
programs to ensure it is implemented systematically and comprehensively
-
Conduct organization and
individual training need analysis
-
Prepare training plan and
design training programs/curriculum
-
Coordinate implementation
of training programs
-
Facilitate trainings of
Plan’s specific training programs (e.g. CCCD, PCPP)
-
Evaluate training
programs
·
Provide support and
control performance management process of overall staffs in order to ensure
that performance management process conducted in line with Plan International’s
guidelines:
-
Coordinate the process of
performance evaluation of overall staffs
-
Provide coaching and
support to managers to ensure that performance management process has been
implemented properly
·
Assist
the HR & OD Manager
in implementation of health and safety management in accordance with Plan
Indonesia safety and health policy and procedures:
-
Assist the HR & OD Manager in developing,
implementing and monioring health and safety policy, programs and procedures
-
Prepare health and safety awareness at all levels
within organization
-
Organize medical check up for all staff and follow up the necessary action
-
Assist the investigation
of any health and safety occuring to all staff, volunteer and/or visitor.

Respond to staff health
and safety concern
Requirements:

Bachelor’
degree Psychology/Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences
·
Minimum 5 years related
experienced, preferably experience in Non Government Organization
·
Good
knowledge in: Training design, Performance Management System, Organizational
Development.
·
Computer
literate
·
Fluent in
Bahasa and English
Accountant
(Jakarta)
Job Summary:
·
To ensure
that the financial reports are compliance with Plan’s financial and accounting
system
·
To provide
management information system based on financial data
·
To ensure
that all financial activities are compliance with Plan’s system and procedures
and Government’s guidelines
Requirements:

Bachelor
degree in any Accounting
·
Min. 3
years experiences in Accounting field
·
Strong
skill in Accounting principles, Indonesian Tax and Labor Laws
·
Computer
literate
·
Fluent in
Bahasa and English
STBM Senior Officer [2 position]
(Based in Soe & Kefa – East Nusa Tenggara)
Responsibilities:
·
Live-in in
the Sub-Districts’ Village
·
Select
& recommend Community’s Village Facilitator to Sub-District Team STBM
·
Create
planning of STBM triggering in every villages
·
Follow up
triggering in every village
·
Assist STBM
implementation in all villages after STBM triggering training.
·
Assist
village facilitators in achieving village STBM
·
Facilitate
village facilitators & community
·
Provide
recommendation action to team leader
Requirements:
·
Bachelor
degree in any major (public health/environmental engineering is advantage)
·
Min. 3
years experiences in community development
·
Strong
skill in facilitating
·
Experience
in promoting and developing learning in the area of expertise
·
Demonstrated
experience working with local governments
·
Computer literate
·
Good
understanding about Saluran Total Berbasis Masyarakat
