PILOT
PROGRAM : RURAL COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM (LOCATION: SOUTH SUMATERA & JAMBI)
Pilot
program of rural community empowerment initiated by an NGO in collaboration
with company are now focusing on strengthening the capacity of local people in
the development process and supporting for micro enterprises development.
Coverage area of the pilot program in South Sumatera and Jambi.
Currently
the program is looking for candidates who have the motivation and dedication to
fill the following positions :
- Programme Officer (2 position - Jakarta and willing to travelling to the the program area periodically)
- Trainer (2 positions - Jakarta and willing to travelling to the the program area periodically )
- Village facilitators ( 4 positions for each program area )
- Micro enterprises facilitators (2 positions for each program area )
Description
of key responsibilities :
- Program Officer is responsible for managing the program to run in accordance with the plans and targets set includes administrative support and program
- Trainer is responsible for facilitating the planed training program including curriculum development and training methodologies that will be used.
- Village facilitator is responsible for the increase in knowledge and capacity of the villagers through mentoring, training and coaching programs. Village facilitators also responsible for facilitating a participatory based on development project
- Micro enterprises facilitators is responsible for capacity building for business performance improvement target micro enterprises through several trainings, coaching and mentoring
Qualifications
:
- Minimum D3
- Have excellent communication skills ( oral and written )
- Work experience in similar position and program at least 3 years
- Can use of computer applications Microsoft office ( Word , Power Point and Excel ) , Internet and Email
- Willing to work full time and are not bound to other work .
- Originating from the program area is an added value
Compensation
- Basic salary based on experience and qualifications
- Allowances official vehicles, communications, eat and mess allowance for duty in program area
