ICCTF Vacancy: GRANT OFFICERS (3 positions), Indonesian

In 2009 the Government of Indonesia (GoI) established a national trust fund mechanism called the Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) to facilitate and coordinate financial support for climate change related activities. ICCTF is the first integrated financial mechanism for Indonesia’s national policies and programs on addressing climate change. Current ICCTF governance structure includes a Steering Committee, Technical Committee and Secretariat. ICCTF operates in three thematic windows: land based mitigation, energy, and resilience and adaptation.

ICCTF is currently looking for qualified national candidates to fill the following position:

1.      GRANT OFFICER FOR LAND BASED MITIGATION WINDOW (National)
Under the guidance and supervision of PREP-ICCTF National Project Manager and Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, the Grant Officer for Land Based Mitigation Window will be responsible for all aspects of SGP project activities in Land Based Mitigation Window related to the project management cycle supervision in the grants related matters, including development detailed work plan, contract preparation designing, and timely reporting, monitoring & evaluation.
 
2.      GRANT OFFICER FOR ENERGY WINDOW (National)
Under the guidance and supervision of PREP-ICCTF National Project Manager and Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, the Grant Officer for Energy Window will be responsible for all aspects of SGP project activities in Energy Window related to the project management cycle and supervision in the grants related matters, including development detailed work plan, contract preparation designing, and timely reporting, monitoring & evaluation.

3.      GRANT OFFICER FOR RESILIENCE AND ADAPTATION WINDOW (National)
Under the guidance and supervision of PREP-ICCTF National Project Manager and Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, the Grant Officer for Resilience and Adaptation Window will be responsible for all aspects of SGP project activities in Resilience and Adaptation Window related to the project management cycle and supervision in the grants related matters, including development detailed work plan, contract preparation designing, and timely reporting, monitoring & evaluation.

 Requirements:
  • Master degree, in Business Administration, Management, Environment Studies, Development Studies or other relevant fields.
  • Have minimum 5 (five) years of experience in managing/coordinating programmes, preferably in administering grant to NGOs/CSOs.
  • Experience in working with government institution and international organization is an advantage.
  • Experience in programme development, budgeting, reporting, and networking will be highly valued.
  • Demonstrated experience target based works.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of social-political environments. Ability to work under extreme pressure.
  • Flexibility and focus on processes and their improvements. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from across disciplines.
  • Good team player, self-starter, has ability to work under minimum supervision and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
