The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received a loan from
JICA for Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam
(NAD) Province after the devastated damages by the Tsunami on December
26, 2004. The sector loan partially finances the Transportation Sector
and Water Resource sector.
The Road Sub-Project as the major part of the project aimed to establish
the transportation infrastructure for the inland areas through the
improvement of the central corridor road of Aceh Province. The Aceh
Reconstruction Project, Road Sub-Project is divided into 3 (three)
packages that are Package No.1 (Simpang Kraft – Batas Aceh Tengah, 39.51
km), Package No.2 (Batas Aceh Tengah – Blangkejeren, 45.545 km), and
Package No.3 (Kebayakan – Simpang Kraft, 52.182 km).
Yachiyo Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd (YEC), the Japanese Consulting Engineers Firm, is currently managing the Aceh Reconstruction Project (ARP), Road Sub-Project under loan JICA IP-545. The DED stage has commenced in 2009 until 2011, whilst the Tender stage conducted in 2012. The supervision stage is commenced since June 2013 and target to be completed in 2017.
During the supervision stage, YEC has established the Core Team Office in Takengon and other 3 site team offices in each package to oversee the overall project.
YEC is now looking for the qualified candidate to be based in its Core Team Office-Takengon, for the following position :
CASHIER
As part of the supporting team and working under Office Manager
supervision, she/he will manage the accounting book in daily basis
including receiving the receipt from site team office and record all
expenditures, Bank transaction, dealing with Jamsostek and Tax, in
charge for any payment to personnel (duty trip expenditures), vendors
and so on.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Accounting Vocational High School Degree (minimum educational background)
- Understand Basic Accounting, Simple Taxation
- Having knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Having sufficient experience in the similar position is preferable
- Reliable, Honest and Trustworthy
- Fair English understanding
- An energetic team player with excellent communication skill, creative, able to work under pressure and target oriented
- Local candidates (Takengon and Bener Meriah) with above key criteria is preferred.
