Mercy Malaysia Vacancy: Programme Officer (Relief Operations and DRR Departments)

Duties: Deliver the planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of emergency and non- emergency projects, undertaken in the country/countries assigned to him/her. 

Liaise with stakeholders, field teams, partner agencies and Malaysian Government representatives Carry out desk research, draft project proposals, draw up budgets and provide input to the Head of Department as required.

 

Requirements: Candidate must a possess minimum of Bachelor Degree in any field At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience with NGO, preferably Humanitarian Report writing skills and desk-based research and analysis skills Willing to travel local/ international and to work in culturally sensitive manners.
