POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1.Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, certified as Accountant.
2.Min Experience 2 years in Cost Accounting, Tax Accounting and Payroll Administration.
3.Certified in Tax Accounting is a MUST, in Payroll Administration is desirable.
4.Understand current technologies of Effective and Efficient Accounting Software.
5.Accountable, Detail and Accurate, Good Planning and Organizing, Good Problem Solving and Client Orientation, Good Communication and Team Work and Supervisory Skills.
6.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Good English (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
7.Willing to Work at Kemang Area (South Jakarta).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
2.Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping activities.
3.Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
4.Maintain payoll, in coordination with payroll staff (Jakarta), including to record-keeping, processing paychecks/transfer and computing government tax liability.
5.Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the description, value and location of property.
6.Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. Files all appropriate tax forms and reports with Indonesian government agencies.
7.Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
8.Maintain and examine accounting-related regulations and records of government agencies.
9.Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and to provde advice to management related to compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, long-range tax /estate plans, resource utilization, tax strategies, assumptions underlying budget forecasts, advce on any changes related to accounting needs with the recommendation on new accounting methods development and maintain solutions to company business and financial problems.
10.Provide internal auditing for company businesses and liaise with external auditor as needed.
11.Represent company before taxing authorities and provide support during litigation involving financial issues.
12.Supervise and manage the performance of administration staff.
