Due to executed our several New Projects, we are now intended to strengthen our construction team and seeking qualified candidates for the following positions :

Admin Staff (General Affair)  (Code : SP-AdmGA)

Responsibilities :
·          Performing process of all company permit.
·          Managing the availability of stationary and maintenance of office facilities to  ensure the available and functioning properly.
·          Performs and serves on various cross functional job/task from superior or other committees as assigned.

Job Desc :
·         To record attendance and leave employee data (Expatriate, and Local Staff)
·          Managing the inventory and maintenance of office facilities..
·          Dealing with third parties for the lease or purchase agreement.
·          Set the schedule / agenda of the company guests.
·          Arrange company accommodation and business travel .
·          Administer work permit to Depnaker and handling expatriate affair (Working  Permit & related documents, Business trip, communication, etc).
·         Take care of company permit (renewal SIUP, Tanda Daftar Perusahaan, etc).

Requirement :
·          Bachelor Degree from any major.
·          Minimum 1 years as General Affair on Multinational Contractor Company.
·          Maximum Age 27 years.
