IMA World Health is currently recruiting for the
following anticipated positions to support a maternal healthcare project in
Indonesia. For all positions, advanced degrees in a related field and Bahasa
Indonesia fluency are preferred.
Partnership Director
- As the primary liaison to the GOI, provides overall strategic oversight of the
Program, ensuring effective planning, coordination and management of all
partnership activities.
Provincial
Coordinator - Manages and supervises the District Coordinators and in
cooperation with provincial program counterparts, coordinates overall Program
implementation and support.
Operations Manager -
oversees the coordination and management of the administrative and financial
aspects of the program as well as human resources and general activity
management.
Monitoring and Evaluations Advisor - Provides technical
advice and support to the Program Management Team and provincial and district
governments on monitoring and evaluation of Program implementations and their
outcomes.
Health Systems Advisor - Responsible for providing technical
advice and support to provincial and district governments on health system
functions, constraints and potential interventions.
Community Engagement / Participation Advisor - Provides
technical leaderships, advice, and support to the Program Management Team and
district governments on community engagement program implementations and their
outcomes. Limited to Indonesian candidates only.
Maternal and Neonatal Health Advisor - Provides technical
advice and support to the Program Management Team and provincial and district
governments on maternal and neonatal health interventions and outcomes to
achieve Program objectives.
Training Advisor - Provides technical advice and support to
the Program Management Team and provincial and district governments on midwife
training programs and outcomes.
Behavior Change Communication/Health Promotion Advisor -
Provides technical leadership, advice,
and support to the Program Management Team and district governments on
health promotion programs implementations and their outcomes.
