Team Leader, s/he will be responsible for the overall
planning, implementation, management of the project, and to establish the
administrative framework to ensure progress toward the achievement of the
project goals. S/he will also liaise with Senior GoI officials, MoH and MoHA
officials, donor, community-based organizations, university professors, and
non-profit and for-profit organizations, and will ensure timely communications
and reporting to donor.
The Team Leader also serves as a member of the Senior Leadership
Team for the FHI 360 Indonesia Country Office.
Provide technical leadership for
and oversight of project activities and lead the project team. Ensure the close
collaboration of Nutrition BCC and M&E units and other partners, contribute
to documentation of program activities, oversee the process of partner work
plan development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and continuously
track overall project progress and review with Program Officers on a regular
basis, including budget expenditures, burn rates and achievement towards
targets.
Minimum Requirements: Masters Degree in Public Health. 8- 12 years experience
in relevant professional areas. Experience must include at least 5 years in the
field of nutrition programming and research, managing donor funded projects and
in the design and implementation of international health projects. Must have
excellent communication, presentation and writing skills both in English and
Bahasa. Be available for frequent travel to project sites.
