Research Specialist, s/he will be responsible to conduct or
arrange formative research aimed at identifying the key relevant issues and
influencer of behavioral health and nutrition in communities and among public
health professionals. S/he will be responsible to develop the Project M&E
framework design, implementation and dissemination of the research, develop
appropriate scopes of work, oversee the development of research, and ensure the
research aligned with the project framework.
Minimum Requirements: Degree in relevant discipline preferably in Public
Health, Sociology. 5-10 years experience in all aspects of research design and
implementation, monitoring and evaluation, carrying out quantitative and
qualitative nutrition research in public health including community and
household-level survey data collection or focus group programs in developing
countries. Must have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
both in English and Bahasa.
