SurfAid International is a
nonprofit organization working for healthy and resilient communities in remote
areas connected to us through surfing. With the head office in Medan, the
community programs are mainly run in Mentawai and Nias.
The main responsibilities include ; ensuring effective and efficient support operations for
programmatic activities, managing
the support activities for Medan head office and field offices, maintain and improve support policies and practises.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from any discipline,
- More than 5 years’ experience in the administration or operations field, preferably with non profit organization
- Strong project management and people management skills, including (distance) staff management
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral with practical computer skills and competence with Microsoft office environment
- Able to work effectively in a multi-site organization with a matrix structure, requiring strong communication, organization & negotiation skills
- Familiar with legal requirements and process for NGO and expatriates
