We are currently seeking an experienced Participatory Methods Specialist
to join our Jakarta-based team on the AusAID-funded "Empowering
Indonesian Women for Poverty Reduction" (MAMPU) program. The
Participatory Methods Specialist will work closely with the long-term
MAMPU Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, the Capacity Development
Coordinator, and Partner Facilitators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in anthropology, development studies, sociology, or similar
- At least 10 years of experience applying participatory methods in international development settings
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles
- At least 5 years of experience working on gender-related activities
- Practical experience developing the capacity of civil society organisations, including designing training workshops, and working with strengths-based principles
- Fluency in English, working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is considered an asset
- Experience in Indonesia isconsidered an asset
