Chemonics International, a global international development
consulting firm seeks qualified Indonesian
specialists for the USAID Higher Education Leadership and Management (HELM)
project in Indonesia. HELM aims to improve the academic performance of
Indonesia’s higher education sector through analytical support for strategic
planning, policy analysis, and capacity development approaches for effective
implementation of key reforms throughout Indonesia’s higher education sector.

Administrative
Assistant/Receptionist
The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
position is responsible for ensuring all office administrative systems are
effectively running on a daily basis. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
will work with all project staff to ensure the overall success of the program
goals.
The Administrative
Assistant/Receptionist will report directly to the Office Manager under
guidance from the Operations Coordinator. H/She will prepare regular progress
reports that demonstrate the status of assigned tasks and activities, as well
as other reports as required.
As teamwork is crucial to the
success of the project, the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will
coordinate work with other technical, managerial and administrative HELM staff,
as per direction from the Office Manager, Operations Coordinator and Chief of
Party.
Eligibility Requirements for this
Position:
- Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well on teams.
- Must be interested in working with a multi-cultural, international team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills required. Strong English preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in offices required, USAID or other international donor experience preferred.
