The Asia Foundation seeks qualified candidates for a Program Officer to
develop, administer, monitor and evaluate programs in the areas of women
in politics and democracy.
Candidates should ideally possess the following:
• Advanced degree in political science, economics, social science, law or related fields;
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible experience in project management and strategic grant making;
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia – written and spoken;
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Knowledge of and experience with Indonesian NGOs, political development in Indonesia and Indonesian government agencies;
• Background in gender, politics and development will be an advantage
