KEHATI – The Indonesian Biodiversity Foundation is an
independent, non-profit, self-sustained national grant-making foundation
working in the area of biodiversity conservation and biological resource
management. The foundation aims to support and promote efforts for the
conservation and sustainable use of Indonesia’s rich biological resources, by
providing financial support, technical assistance, and facilitation to local
communities, academic institutions and civil society organizations in
Indonesia.
KEHATI is
now inviting professionals to apply for the following position:
HUMAN RESOURCE and GENERAL AFFAIRS
MANAGER
Responsible for
the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures and
practices. Manage all human
resources functions (personnel administration, employment process, training and
development schedule & implementation), as well as office management.
Minimum
qualifications/experiences needed:
- Minimum a Bachelor degree (S-1) in Psychology/Law/Management;
- Three to four years experience in human resource management and general affairs;
- Ability to set up HR system and procedure;
- Proven exposure to human resource development policies and practices;
- Proven exposure to Indonesian labor law and regulation;
- Excellent communication skill and able to communicate with employees at all level effectively;
- High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honest, persistent and able to work as team.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Minimum
qualifications/experiences needed:
- Minimum a Bachelor degree (S-1) in communication, library or social sciences;
- Familiar with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs;
- Experience in establishing effective partnerships inside and outside the organization;
- Posses excellent writing both Indonesia and English;
- Experience and have strong network to the mass media is an advantage;
- Strong motivation to work with NGO/Civil Society.
