Principal Recipient GF Cross-Cutting Health System Strengthening Interventions
The Global Fund is a multilateral donor that currently supportsPusat Data dan Informasi (PUSDATIN) Kementerian Kesehatan RI as the Principal Recipient to implement Health System Strengthening Program (HSS) under the Cross-Cutting Health System Strengthening Interventions Grant which has been approved for 5 years
implementation in 24 provinces and 138 districts/municipalities in Indonesia. The Project
Management Unit (PMU) of PR is currently seekingfor proactive andqualified candidates to fill the following position:
1. MONITORING & EVALUATION (M&E) STAFF
Responsibilities:
1. Review and
oversee program implementation at Principal Recipient (PR) dan Sub Recipient (SR)
levels.
2. Review and
oversee budget expenditure at Principal Recipient (PR) dan Sub Recipient (SR)
levels.
3. Assist and
facilitate Sub Recipient (SR) in implementing program activities.
4. Collect, analyze
and summarize quantitative and qualitative data related to the achievement of
key performance indicators.
5. Provide and
submit periodic reports regarding program implementation and program
achievements.
6. Conduct field visit to
project sites regularly.
7. Perform
additional tasks related to program planning, monitoring and evaluation.
2. TECHNICAL STAFF
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical
support (review, feedback and inputs) to the M&E unit in order to achieve
program objectives effectively and efficiently.
2. Collect, verify,
process and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to the
implementation of program activities.
3. To monitor,
collect, process and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to the
achievement of key performance indicators.
4. To support M&E
unit in evaluating technical aspects of the program activities.
5. Perform additional
tasks related to program planning, monitoring and evaluation.
General
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree
majoring in Public Health.
2. Age: 24 – 35
years old.
3. Good communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
4. Have capacity to
work well within a team and maintain strong relationships with project staffs
and other partners (CCM, LFA, Subrecipient /SR).
5. Able to travel
frequently in project sites across Indonesia.
6. Basic skills in
computer is required.
Experience:
1. At least have 2 years work experience as M&E or program staff in public health sectors.
2. Preferably with experience working with Global Fund Programs.
