Coffey
International Development is the Implementing Service Provider (ISP) for the
AusAID funded Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Health Systems Strengthening
(AIPHSS) program. The AIPHSS program is a partnership between the Indonesian
Ministry of Health and AusAID and supports the Government of Indonesia’s plan
to strengthen health systems and achieve health Millennium Development Goals.
The program’s outcome (purpose) is the improved use of quality primary health
care to improve the health status of poor people in Indonesia.
We are currently seeking applications for a Human Resource (HR) Officer for this program. The key
accountability of the HR Officer includes: Effective coordination of all AIPHSS recruitment; Maintain
administrative systems in relation to recruitment including the Coffey
Candidate Management System (CMS) and Maintain administrative aspect of human
resource function. The HR Officer will work and support the HR and
Recruitment Manager, the ISP team and the PMU team. The position is under
management of and accountable to the HR and Recruitment Manager.
