SurfAid International is a nonprofit organization working for healthy and
resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing. With the
head office in Medan, the community programs are mainly run in Mentawai and
Nias.
SENIOR
PROGRAM MANAGER- MENTAWAI
The main responsibility of Senior Program Manager is to manage the strategic
development, implementation and successful delivery of the SurfAid Mentawai
Program in line with SurfAid values and donor contracts.The current program
portfolio in the Mentawai area includes health promotion on Mother and Child
health, water and sanitation and Malaria.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree from any discipline
More
than 5 years’ experience as Program Manager in Development non profit, preferably in health or behavior change program
Strong program management and people management skills,
Strong writing skills for reportings and proposals both
in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience in building personal network at senior level ,
able to respond to requests from international donors and sponsor
Willing to work in remote areas
Good
knowledge on key trends in international and humanitarian development is a plus
