Family Health International (FHI 360) is a
global health and development organization; we currently have open position in
the Indonesia Country Office based in Jakarta.
Monitoring &
Evaluation Officer
The candidate will be responsible to provide technical
assistance and support to FHI360-Indonesia programs and activities in all
aspects of strategic information, including Monitoring and Evaluation
(M&E), Information Systems development and maintenance, Surveillance,
Research, and Quality Assurance Quality Improvement (QA/QI) in particular for
the Uniform Services program (TNI & MOD).
The candidate will also have to collaborate and undertake technical coordination with local and
international agencies, NAC, MOH, TNI, MOD and others as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements
- Master or bachelor degree in social science, public health or other related field from a recognized university or college
- Three years relevant work experience in M&E, particularly in HIV/AIDS issues
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with M&E processes of US Gov, Donors, or International NGO /Agencies.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel, project and database management
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural setting under tight deadlines
