companies and communities deliver Responsible Products. We act on the ground in forests, farms and factories to help create products that respect the environment and improve people's lives.To support our projects in Delivering Responsible Products. We are urgently seeking qualified, hard working and motivated person as:
GROUP ASSISTANT
a) General requirement:
- Education: University Degree
- Experience: at least 5 years of related working experience in administration
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and
written
- Excellent computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fast learner, pro-active and delivery focus
- Willing to work under pressure with a tight deadline
- Willing to work during weekend if needed
b) Scope of work
- Organizing meeting for international audience
- Taking Minutes of meeting and its reminder for follow up- Periodic reporting
- Document translation
- Other admin functions
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
c) Location : Jakarta Office
