Jakarta, Indonesia

world-wide. SNV is committed to reducing poverty by
catalyzing environmentally sustainable solutions for the poor in agriculture,
energy, water, sanitation and hygiene, and REDD+.
SNV is currently establishing a presence in Indonesia and
is seeking the services of an experienced IT/Technical Support Assistant
Detailed responsibilities are below:
•Assist with the management of the IT systems
•Assist in the management and maintenance of hardware and peripherals
•Provide assistance with the installation of software and upgrades
•Provide assistance with the installation of new hardware
•Carry out repairs or arrange for an appropriate specialist to affect the
repair
•Demonstrate and assist staff in the safe and effective use of specialist
resources/equipment
Candidate profile
• University degree inComputer Science, Information Technology (IT), and Engineering from a reputable
university.
• Minimum 3-5years of related experiences
•Strong interpersonal
skill, maintain good partnership with internal users, Regional/Global IT teams
and internal/external service providers
•Strong communication skill, understanding intended audience and providing
effective communication
• Self-motivated and
organised
• Ability to work independently and with the team
• Willingness to work a
flexible schedule
• Initiative and creative in solving problems
• Good command of spoken and written English, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Information on duty station: Jakarta
Contract duration: Length of contract and numbers of hours is negotiable Desired
start date: As soon as possible.
