Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Business or related field.
- Have experience in small business development services, finance management, market analysis / research.
- Have experience in community economic development & empowerment
- Good administration and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
