Urgent Vacancy : National Education Research, National Data Analyst, and Regional Research Coordinator, Jakarta

Cambridge Education is part of the Mott MacDonald Group, an international management consultancy with business in 120 countries and a staff of 14,000 employees. We are currently supporting some projects funded research facility in the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia.We are
1. National Education  Research Specialist (Team Leader) for 4.5 month

Requirement:

• Ph.D Degree in Education, Social Sciences or related fields 
• At least 10 years experiences in conducting and providing team leadership in both qualitative and quantitative research involving the use of statistical methods in large scale field studies in the education sector.
• Experience in similar undertaking in Indonesia or in other comparable developing country scenarios, preferably related to research on teachers
• Fluency with excellent skills in writing and presenting complex report in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to travel at remote area 
• Can communicate and coordinate with Bappenas, MoEC, MoRA and government 
• Availability in August 2013 until December 2013 (will be extended depend on project requirement)

2. National Data Analyst for 4 month

Requirement:- Availability in August 2013 until December 2013 (will be extended depend on project requirement)

• A Master's Degree in Statistics or related area in data analysis 
• Significant experience related to analysis of Government of Indonesia (particularly MoEC, MoRA, Central Bureau of Statistics/ BPS, etc), data on education, including work on schools and teachers
• Excellent skills in data analysis and the presentation of statistics
• Excellent communication skills both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Can make reports
• Willing to travel and stay at remote area

3. Regional Research Coordinator

Requirement:

• A Master Degree in education or other social sciences 
• At least 8 years experience in planning and managing educational research including sample surveys
• Excellent skills in analysis and presentation of research findings
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia in written and spoken.
• Willing to travel and stay at remote area 
• Availability in August 2013
