Indonesia International Work Camp is the leading Non Governmental Organization for International voluntary service in Indonesia. We organize International voluntary service in the form of International workcamp, Long and Middle Volunteering program, IIWC cares and event and campaigns to increase the awareness of the local people toward some issues rising in the society by involving Indonesian and foreign volunteers. Public Relations Staff (PR)

Description of Tasks:
  • Managing the IIWC membership and membership system
  • Managing IIWC online social accounts (blog, website, social networks, newsletter)
  • Managing  IIWC promotion tools (leaflets, booklets, postcards, etc)
  • Coordinating IIWC campaigns, events, weekend workcamps and promotion related regular activities
  • Coordinating IIWC Communities and their activities
  • Managing IIWC members’ thematic working groups:
    • Creative Team IIWC: working group of writer, editor, design and lay out creator
    • Pool of Trainers: working group of trainers and facilitators
  • Working for International Voluntary Service promotion in national level especially for Indonesian young people or Indonesian public.
  • Working as Outgoing Program Officer
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Highly motivated
  • Be able to work under pressure and dateline oriented
  • Having ability to work both at team and individual with/without intensive supervision
  • Having good public speaking
  • Having medium to advanced Cross cultural Understanding and work with International environment
  • Good to Excellent of English both written and oral
  • Good to Excellent of basic computer skills of MS word, MS excel, MS power point,
  • Good to Excellent some computer applications such as Corel draw/or Photoshop, and movie maker/ulead/ other movie making application
  • Good to Excellent IT skills (blogging, website, social network)
  • Having basic knowledge on email management
  • Available for travel both domestic and abroad for work purpose
  • High voluntary spirit
Provisions:
  • Training and capacity building for staff.
  • For 1 year contract, health insurance started from 1 January 2014
  • Possibility to join international training or capacity building or events and meeting abroad.
  • Travel allowance for program purposes.
  • The 13th month bonus
  • Window access for further chances for professional non government, government, and inter governmental position in the future
