Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) Officer for Reform the Reformer Continuation (RtR-C) Project
Organizational Context :
Under the guidance and supervision of the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, the ME Officer is responsible for enacting M&E system and reporting of the implementation of Reform the Reformer Continuation (RtR-C) project. The ME Officer in cooperation with M&E Team members ensure effective implementation of monitoring of RtR-C project activities. He/She works in close collaboration with the program manager at Project Management Unit and relevant operations team and ensures the availability of information on the state of on-going project.
Summary of key functions :
Refinement and finalization of the monitoring & evaluation plan, including indicators and data collection tools.
- Implementation of all M&E activities required by the monitoring & evaluation plan, including quantitative and qualitative data collection.
- Support for Kemitraan management, project management and government partners related to M&E.
- Ongoing reporting, including the development of ME reports & Key Success Stories.
