Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen under 30 years
- Have a strong sense of personal ethics and committed to ethical business practice and corporate social responsibility
- Capable of coherent thinking in resolving social and communication problems in the Indonesian as well as international context
- Capable of functioning independently and making initiatives, as well as working in collaboration with a team of consultants
- Firmly rooted in Indonesian culture and society yet have a cosmopolitan attitude and multi-cultural outlook on life
- Committed to continuous improvement of company and self
- High degree of self-confidence
- Completed at least a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Economics or Business
- Previous experience applying social and communication sciences in a professional environment is a plus
- High proficiency in English in speech and writing is a must
